Fertile Future

Picture
Fertile Future is a Canadian non-profit organization that provides fertility preservation information and support services to young cancer patients and oncology professionals. Our aim is to assist young patients, who must undergo fertility-risking cancer treatment, by increasing access to what they need now: information, affordable services and quality care. Our services include:

Power of Hope: Cost Reduction Program – A financial assistance program for young patients who wish to pursue fertility preservation prior to cancer treatments.

Power of Hope: Ambassador Program – A national team of ambassadors, comprised of oncology nurses, physicians and psychosocial professionals, who help bring the message of hope and available fertility preservation options to their communities.
